Capella Hotel Shanghai was designed by Foster + Partners to create a hotel building, which is a subtle blend of Singapore's old and new style. The main body of the hotel is two old bungalows in TanahMerah (or "red earth" in Malay). Every place at Capella Singapore is a fusion of traditional and modern design, nature and art. The waves gently patted the shores of Sentosa Island, releasing the energy of nature with each wave.
